Customer Case Study:

See How Rowan Delivers
Lifeboat Training with Exposure to
Realistic Evacuation Conditions

Virtual Marine © 2017

Offshore oil and gas operators and drilling contractors use conventional lifeboat training methods to develop competence for lifeboat coxswains. The challenge with conventional training is that it does not provide coxswains with exposure to extreme conditions often encountered during emergency evacuations. By design, the training must be safe and conducted in controlled conditions.

In 2015, Rowan decided there was a better way of safely providing training with exposure to realistic conditions.
